Would You Recommend This Hunt to a Friend?no
Why?I booked the hunt as a combo hunt for bobcats and pigs. I would certainly recommend the hunt for bobcats alone but I felt the pigs were not at adequate numbers to hunt. We saw a few sows and I asked Albert about shooting one of those and he said no. He later said that a biologist hired by the ranch said the pig population was dangerously low. I did see one boar but he did not give me an opportunity for a shot. Alfred said he saw another boar but I did not see it. I did not like signing 2 separate contracts before hunting which were over 4 pages each. The first two days of my hunt Alfred told me to be ready at 5:30 and he showed up at 6:00 which I felt was too late as the sun was already up by the time we started hunting. Alfred and his nephew always carried rifles and insisted that if I shot a pig and it continued to run they would shoot it. I prefer to shoot my own animals but since I never got a shot at a pig this never became an issue.
