Summary Remarks
Problems of Hunt:I was explained to me that we could hunt on arrival day. However, when we arrived in camp we discovered the season didnu0019t start until the next day. So this turned out to be a 5-day hunt. The fire wood had not been cut for the cabin stoves. When it was cut it was very green and wet and was extremely difficult to get to burn. The outhouse was not maintained and was already full of waste; we the first hunters of the season! The cabins were a shamble. Most had roofs consisting of multiple layers of tarps. The rain penetrated the plywood sides and floors so it seeped water. Also they were not sealed so the wind blew in the cabins in several locations. Communication was poor prior to the hunt. The email confirmation of flight departure was for the wrong airline. I had a special beverage order that I was told would be in camp when I arrived. It arrived after I was in camp 4-days. The outfitter did not send guides to prep camp with sufficient time prior to our arrival. Some of the staff flew in with us hunters.rnrn------rn
